At Fall Line condominiums we want you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. We have a nice array of services to offer you.

Check IN/OUT and Policy Information:

Check in time 4:00 pm at 162 main street in Bethel - 3rd house on right as you head up Main Street - green & maroon renovated barn.

Check out time 10:30 am - please leave keys on kitchen table, turn down heat & lock doors on the way out.

Reservation Policy - 50% due at booking - remaining 50% will be charged to the credit card on file 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - there is no refund but we will honor your transaction further into he season . If for some reason you have to change your plans and are unable to utilize the accomodations for the time you reserved, let us know as soon as possible. We can move your reservation further ahead in the present booking season. We will do everything in our power to work with you !
