- Check in time 2:00 , we will text you the door code morning of arrival.
- Please do not stop at Slopeside office, go directly to condo upon arrival at the resort. NO DOGS allowed for guests , this is a BOD rule. sorry.
- Check out time 10:30 am - you can stay parked at condo on day of departure just leave your pass up in dash.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES, basicly like grandma always said - "leave it as you found it " please bring your trash out to dumpsters in parking lots, Wash, dry and return dishes to their spot. hamper bag provided for used: sheets, pillow cases & towels - please do not put blankets, comforters or mattress pads in this bag. If you unplugged something kindly plug it back in. Do not rearrange furniture. Please secure doors & windows, double check nothing is up against heaters, turn heat down to 60*
- Reservation Policy - 50% due at booking - remaining 50% will be charged to the credit card on file 2 weeks prior to your arrival. NO refunds within 2 weeks of arrival. 2022/ 23 UPDATE: if the mountain closes at anytime during the 2022/23 season due to COVID, we will refund you in full from that date forward. If you do not feel comfortable making a reservation in advance , you can always book condos up until 11am the day of arrival.
- Cancellation Policy -Balance paid at time of reservation will be refunded up until 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Two weeks prior to arrival your credit card on file will be charged the balance, once your reservation is in this 2 week period , the condo is yours, there will be no refunds. You can book units on day of arrival until 11am. 2022/2023 UPDATE: if the mountain were to close anytime during the 2022/23 season because of COVID we will refund you in full from that date forward.

- Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strongly enforced!!!!! not joking :(
- All guests in party will adhere to rules set by BOD
- 1 car per unit at Fall Line please get your pass from security desk by the pool entrance first floor, center core of building
- 2 cars per unit at Brookside - your passes will be on kitchen table upon arrival
