Cancellation Policy 2024/2025: At time of online booking you will pay half of your reservation without tax. Two weeks prior to arrival we charge your cc on file the balance due and you will be paid in full with no refund. UP UNTIL two weeks prior to arrival if something changes and you wish to cancel - please just email me and we will cancel your booking and fefund you the full deposit. No penalties or charges if you are further than out than 2 weeks . IF the mountain closes because of covid - full refunds will be given regardless of timeframe for nights not stayed.
